December 29, 2008 Low Carb Menu

*Breakfast (Well Lunchtime, but breakfast for me :)
2 Bunless Double Cheeseburgers PLAIN with lettuce from McDonalds.

*Lunch
2 Deviled eggs with Helmann's Mayo and Mustard
4 Slices of Bacon

*Dinner
Hamburger meat cooked with some green peppers and Mushrooms then topped with shredded cheese and Sour Cream...YUMMY!
Salad with Homemade Olive Oil Dressing

*Snack
Low carb pumpkin bake left over from Christmas and cool whip...
